Ask for starting and current moisture readings, the locations tested, the drying goal for each material and why equipment is changing. EPA warns that materials can remain wet internally after surfaces look dry. Request an equipment inventory, placement/removal dates, rates and a written explanation of changes. Extra equipment is neither proof of fraud nor proof of necessity; compare the documented drying progress with the invoice.
